We believe so strongly in our faculty’s ability to create world class learning material and learning experiences for our students. Based on our belief we are more than happy to provide a full refund within a 14 Day Period from the date of the posted transaction related to your purchase.
We Promise guarantees apply to paying students only; Students must be in good standing and have no outstanding obligation to Knowmatix.

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your meet the critieria, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
